RETURNS & REFUNDS
All artwork is created exclusively by and for this shop. This means availability may vary and replacements will ONLY be provided if an order failed to arrive after the postage standard of 28 working days, or has been SEVERELY damaged in transit.
A partial refund for minor damage can be offered after review between myself and the buyer. If your item arrives damaged, please PROVIDE A PHOTOGRAPH WITH ITS PACKAGING.
Bends, scuffs and mild damage to paper corners will not be considered as damage deemed applicable for a replacement.
If any returns are agreed upon they must be shipped back at buyer’s expense (with tracking for proof of receipt), as long as the item is returned in original condition. Refunds cannot occur until the item is returned.
FULL REFUNDS will only be offered if an item does not arrive within 28 working days and a replacement copy hasn’t been agreed upon between the buyer and seller.
